All our bags are made to be played on professional boards. Please ensure you are playing on smooth boards and are using pitch pads or something similar underneath. Hardware, sharp corners, or nonprofessional sanded boards can create snags and tears. 

We will warranty any seam issues or manufacturer errors within 90 days from the date of purchase. We will not cover any snags or cosmetic issues. Purchase receipt required. Post 90 days message us for an option to order an individual replacement option. 

All prices and sales are final. Bags are not eligible for refundw after product has been received. All custom items sales are final after order production has begun.  

Recommended break in procedures for all of our bags is to play them naturally and break them in. We understand that life happens and you are ready to throw your new bags. So if you must use anything at all use Toss Sauce and air dry. This will speed up your bags so speeds will vary. Using any other break in procedures will void warranty on the bags.
